Jeff Fuller was born on March 27, 1957 in Auburn, Massachusetts. In 1979 and 1981 Fuller won the Westboro Speedway Track Championship. In 1985, Fuller drove the No. 2x Chevrolet in 29 NASCAR Featherlite Modified Series events recording two wins, eight top-fives and 22 top-tens. In 1986, Fuller had one win five top-fives and 13 top-tens in 25 starts with the NASCAR Featherlite Modified Series. In 1987, Fuller made 28 NASCAR Featherlite Modified Series starts. He recorded one win, 13 top-fives, and 20 top-tens driving the No. 21 Chevrolet. In 1988, he made 24 starts in the NASCAR Featherlite Modified Series posting seven top-fives and 15 top-tens. In 1989, Fuller made 23 NASCAR Featherlite Modified Series starts with one win, five top-fives and ten top-tens driving the No. 21 and the No. 55 Chevrolet. In 1990, Fuller moved to the No. 8 Chevrolet and made 23 NASCAR Featherlite Modified Series starts recording three wins eight top-fives and ten top-tens. In 1991, Fuller had 23 NASCAR Featherlite Modified Series starts, seven wins, 11 top-fives, and 15 top-tens and finished second in the points. In 1992, he made 21 NASCAR Featherlite Modified Series starts. He recorded six wins, 15 top-fives, 18 top-tens, was crowned the 1992 NASCAR Featherlite Modified Series Champion and voted the NASCAR Featherlite Modified Series Most Popular Driver. Fuller made his debut in the NASCAR Busch Grand National Division driving the No. 20 Daily's 1st Ade Oldsmobile in the AC-Delco 200 at Rockingham finishing 26th. He also made his debut in the NASCAR Winston Cup Series driving Patricia Bandyul’s No. 88 Pontiac in the Pontiac Excitement 400 at Richmond finishing 29th. In 1993, Fuller made 17 NASCAR Featherlite Modified Series starts recording four wins, eight top-fives and nine top-tens and was again voted the NASCAR Featherlite Modified Series Most Popular Driver. In 1994, he charted 21 NASCAR Featherlite Modified Series starts, six wins, nine top-fives, and 11 top-tens and was once again voted the NASCAR Featherlite Modified Series Most Popular Driver. In 1995, Fuller moved to competing with the NASCAR Busch Grand National Series fulltime starting all of the season’s 26 events driving the No. 47 Sunoco Lubricants 260 Chevrolet. His best finish of the season was a fourth place finish in the All Pro Bumper to Bumper 300 at Charlotte. He ended the season with one top-five and six top-tens to finish tenth in the Busch Series points and capturing the NASCAR Busch Grand National Series Rookie of the Year title. In 1996, Fuller recorded his first pole qualifying for the Food City 250 at Bristol and went on to record his first Busch Series win. He closed the season with 24 starts, one pole, one win, one top-five and four top-tens. In 1997, Fuller started in 28 of the 30 Busch Series events driving the No. 47 Sunoco Chevrolet, the No. 45 Hunters Specialties Chevrolet, and the No. 5 Bayer / Alka-Seltzer Chevrolet recording one top-five and four top-tens. In 1998, Fuller made 11 starts in the Busch Series 31-race season driving the No. 89 Allerest / Fiberall Ford, the No. 45 Fiberall / Penn's Best Trucking Chevrolet, the No. 90 Golden Leaf Cchevrolet, the No. 42 Carolina Turkey Chevrolet, and his own No. 94 Chevrolet. In 1999, Fuller started 27 of the Busch Series 32 events driving the No. 89 Heritage Consumer Products Chevrolet, the No. 42 Circuit City Pontiac, and the No. 88 SCANA / Powertel Chevrolet. In 2000, Fuller drove the No. 77 Lear Corporation / UAW Ford in the Food City 250 at Bristol. He made seven NASCAR Winston Cup Series starts driving Jack Birmingham’s No. 27 Pfizer / Viagra Pontiac. He was released from the ride after the Direct TV 500 at Fort Worth, Texas. He then drove Chip MacPherson’s No. 98 Ford in the UAW-GM Quality 500 at Charlotte. In 2001, Fuller drove the No. 88 Cellular One Chevrolet for Joe Nemechek in the NASCAR Busch Series Auto Club 300 at Fontana, California finishing 42nd. In 2002, Fuller drove the No. 88 Scott Products / Tops / BiLo Chevrolet in the NASCAR Busch Series EAS / GNC Live Well 300 at Daytona and the No. 88 Scott Products / Food City Pontiac at Talladega but failed to finish better than 40th in the two starts. In 2003, Fuller made 13 starts in the 34 event NASCAR Busch Series schedule driving the No. 22 Copperfield Realtors Chevrolet at Daytona, the No. 88 Cellular One Pontiac, the No. 91 carsponsor.com Pontiac, the No. 87 Hills Brothers / Pick 'n Save Chevrolet, and the No. 97 Bully Hill Vineyards / NRA Foundation Chevrolet. His best showing was a 15th place finish at Bristol. In 2004, Fuller competed in 30 of the 34 NASCAR Busch Series events driving the Joe Nemechek’s No. 88 Chevrolet failing to record a finish higher than 35th. He made three NASCAR Nextel Cup Series starts driving the Arnold Development Companies No. 50 Dodge. His highest finished in the Cup Series was 42nd. In 2005, Fuller made two starts in the NASCAR Nextel Cup Series driving William Edwards’ No. 34 Chevrolet at Darlington and Dover but failed to finish either even due to mechanical failures. Fuller drove Joe Nemechek’s No. 7 Big Boar Customs Chevrolet in 17 NASCAR Busch Series events. His best Busch Series finish of the year was 24th at Dover. Fuller returned to the Busch Series in 2006 driving Frank Cicci’s No. 34 Chevrolet at Nashville and Kentucky recording a 27th place finish at Nashville and a 41st at Kentucky after becoming involved in a crash.
