Brothers At Gibbs Racing Greg "Zippy" Zipadelli hit the spotlight in 1999, when he obtained the visible job of Crew Chief for Tony Stewart. Yet few realize there is another Zipadelli at Gibbs Racing. Younger brother, Scott Zipadelli has been a member of the No. 18 Interstate Batteries team since January 2002, after leaving the Evernham organization. Scott's duties with the team are monumental, from the job of Car Chief and Mechanic, to controlling the Pit Board for team driver Bobby Labonte on race day.

Construction Scheduled For 2004 Completion Lowe's Motor Speedway will begin infield construction during the off season, on a Busch Series garage and new Media Center. Competitors in NASCAR's Busch Series have not had a garage in the past at Charlotte and news of the 2004 facility is greeted with enthusiasm. The new Media center will be located between the Winston Cup and new Busch series garages near Victory Circle. The look will be similar to that of Atlanta Motor Speedway or Texas Motor Speedway.
